Hershey Little League would like to invite everyone to the 3rd annual Summer Baseball Camp. This year's camp will be led by Hershey High School Varsity baseball Head Coach Doug Ruhl, his coaching staff and the high school players. Coach Ruhl and his team are very excited to share their knowledge of the game and believe the future of Hershey Baseball is in the youth of the Township.
We are offering 3 different camps based on age groups. The camps will be held Monday, June 10th through Thursday, June 13th.
AVAILABLE CAMPS
6 & 7 Year old Early Developmental Camp - 2 hour camp from 9am to 11am on North and South Fields.
Fundamental development in the areas of throwing, catching, hitting and base running will be emphasized with scrimmage games each day.
Cost of this camp is $60.00
8 - 10 Year old Advanced Developmental Camp - 3 hour camp from noon to 3pm on North and South Fields.
Advanced skills will be emphasized with specific attention given to pitching, the catcher's position and other defensive strategy. Scrimmages will be held each day.
Cost of this camp is $90.00
11 -14 Year old High School Prep Camp - 6 hour camp from 9am to 3pm on Memorial Field, Plaza Field and Pebble Beach.
Advanced baseball skills will be emphasized with specific attention to transition to larger infield. Other skills will include leading off, pick off moves, pitch outs and stealing. Scrimmages will be held each day.
